Welcome to the FSMA Board Website The mission of the First State Military Academy is to provide an educational experience that focuses on developing the intellectual, physical and emotional growth of our cadets through the cultivation of an environment that rewards honesty, integrity, teamwork and commitment. With a strong focus on academic rigor, military discipline, citizenship and through the application of strong moral values, graduates will develop respect ensuring successful entry into life. 
 
 
To members of the public, interested parties, and families of FSMA: Based upon the current State of Emergency as declared by Governor Carney relating to COVID-19 crisis, and by authority granted to public bodies in this State of Emergency, FSMA's Citizens Budget Oversight Committee (CBOC) and the Board of Directors will be conducting all future schedled meetings via conf call or other electronic means as appropriate. This is effective immediately for the CBOC meetings and for the Board Meetings held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 1730, and for future meetings until further notice.
